About Us

I'm a specialized pelvic health physical therapist who prides herself on providing quality education to my clients to help solve their problems. As a mother of one little one, a previous marathon runner (now focusing on 5Ks), and an avid Pilates junkie, I am dedicated to building confidence and strength in anyone with a pelvis who is willing to learn. My goal is to support them in their recovery journey through effective physical therapy practices and techniques, so they can return to physical activity and live a life they love.

After seeing so many clients eager to return to running after having a baby, I created this 7-week program focused on postpartum exercise and CoreBloom pelvic health! In 2024, I actually completed the program and documented my journey on Instagram. It works; I didn't stop, experienced no leakage, and felt the fullest sense of accomplishment through my physical therapy for women journey!

CoreBloom offers both in-person and teletherapy options to support patients in their recovery process. We particularly focus on CoreBloom pelvic health, physical therapy for women, and postpartum exercise to ensure that our clients remain committed and achieve the best results.
